*NOTE* Some Customer's may have a hold button, some Customer's may have a Park button.

1.) To Change Date and Time on your ESI

2.)To Record Main " Day" Greeting

3.) To Record Main "Night" Greeting

-#, to skip Day Greeting and System will play current Night greeting

4.) To Record "Holiday" Greeting

5.) To Record Directory Names

- Press key that matches the first letter of the persons first of last name

To initiate changes...Dial your main companies telephone number, When Auto Attendant answers, dial Password

You will hear your options...

1.) To change the answer mode (Day, Night, Holiday Mode),
-Press 1, then you will hear...
-Day Mode, 1
-Night Mode, 2
-Holiday Mode, 3
-Day 2 Mode, 5
-Night 2 Mode, 6

2.) to Record Holiday Message Press 2

3.) to Record DAY Message Press 3

4.) to Record NIGHT Message Press 4

5.) to Record second Day Message Press 5

6.) to Record second Night Message Press 6

*If you dial to record the prompts will play...

The system will replay the DAY Greeting that is recorded

-1, to re-record
-1, when finished
#, to Confirm (pressing # will let you skip to the next greeting)

* to DELETE greeting, Press HOLD


The system will replay the NIGHT Greeting that is recorded, or will say "No Greeting Recorded"

* to DELETE greeting, Press HOLD


When you have completed your recording and are ready to hang up,
-Press # and then Hang Up

*NOTE* If you are changing the greeting during the day and the system is not answered b the auto attendant, have the operator press the voice mail button and hang up, and then you will hear the main greeting and you may dial the passcode.
